Recommended intake:
The dosing of the preparation must be tailored to the individual needs of the body. Begin with 1 teaspoon (approx. 3,5 g) per day and increase the amount day by day until the best possible effect is achieved. The preparation should be mixed with water or other beverage or yoghurt. It should be washed down with a glass of water. The product should not be eaten dry. Do not exceed the 20 g intake per day.

Fibre is a component of vegetable membranes, which is characterized by the fact that it is not digested nor absorbed by the human gastrointestinal tract. After consumption, it absorbs water and swells, and thus fills the stomach. Oat fibre preserves the proper function of the intestines.
