The right to withdraw from the contract

 

When and how can you withdraw from the contract without giving any reason?

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days since the moment of receiving the products. For this purpose, you must send the Seller your written declaration of withdrawal from the contract. Will you bear the cost of returning the products after withdrawing from the contract without giving any reason?

If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the purchased products to the Seller and bear the cost of sending them to the Seller, or deliver them personally.

 

What products can you withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason?

You cannot withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason with regard to the following products:

- medicinal products;

- foods for particular nutritional uses;

- medical devices;

- products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf-life;

- products delivered in a sealed package, which, after opening the package, cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been damaged
